ALEX BARKER
Raised in the diverse Washington, DC suburbs, Alex learned the importance of effective communication to understand the perspective of those around him.
While interested in a variety of topics, he discovered that filmmaking provided a vital connective tissue of communication in a world divided, bridging cultures and ideologies through the commonality of an experience.

It is with that awareness that Alex pursues the urgent need for clarity and voice to provide clients a storytelling product that is as distinct as the clients he works with.

Alex dwells in Brooklyn, New York with his wife, living and breathing a city that is a beautiful look into the infinite variety of perspectives from all over the world. When not creating material he can be found pedaling the city bike paths, most likely to Prospect Park to find a suitable place to hammock and read a good book.
"...a natural storyteller, and perfectly captured the narrative we were trying to convey."

Blair Cosby

"Alex often received high praise from our clients and people watching who posted comments for his great directing. The client was always pushing for a "curious" intuition operating the cameras...
he understood it and was nailing it".
